Executive Assistant to the President & CEO - Remote | WFH

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements efficiently.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders, including board members, staff, and external partners.
- Organize and facilitate Board of Directors and committee meetings, including preparation of agendas and documentation.
- Handle sensitive correspondence and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- Undertake special projects as directed by the CEO, contributing to donor relations and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business administration preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience providing support to C-Level Executives.
- Proven experience in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
